Accurate listings
Rates, availability, photographs and descriptions must represent the property honestly. Misrepresentation harms guests and the channels we distribute to.
Communications
Guest messaging is for the reservation and the stay. Do not use it to send unsolicited marketing to people who did not book with you.
AI features
The AI agent may not be used to impersonate a person, to mislead a guest about who they are speaking to, or to contact anyone who has asked not to be.
Security
Do not share credentials, probe the platform, or attempt to reach another property's data. Report anything you find to talktous@bookinghq.net.
Enforcement
We will contact you before suspending an account, except where continuing would harm guests or breach the law.
