What we collect
Account details for the people who use the console, and the property data you enter — including guest records you create in the course of taking bookings.
Why
To provide the service: to take and manage reservations, distribute to channels, communicate with guests on your behalf, take payment, and produce your reports.
Guest data and your role
For guest records, you are the controller and we are the processor. We act on your instructions and do not use guest data for our own marketing.
AI processing
Where you enable AI features, relevant records are processed to draft or place communications. You control which features are on and how far each may act without review.
Retention
Records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period afterwards required by tax and accounting law, then deleted.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion. Write to talktous@bookinghq.net and we will respond within the statutory period.
