Terms of Service
The agreement between BookingHQ and the property using it. Written to be read.
The service
BookingHQ provides property management software, channel distribution, a booking engine and related services on a subscription basis. Availability targets and support commitments are set out in your plan.
Your data and your guests
Your property's records — guests, bookings, invoices, reviews and messages — remain yours. We process them to provide the service and do not sell them. You may export them at any time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your rates, availability and policies, for the lawfulness of the content you publish, and for the acts of the staff accounts you create.
Payment and cancellation
Fees are billed in advance on the cycle shown at signup. You may cancel at any time; the service continues to the end of the paid period.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months, except where the law does not permit that limit.
Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
