Priced live, never stale

Edited in words, not code
Every heading, photograph and button label is a field. Change it at 7am and the site says it at 7:01 — no developer, no deploy.
SEO and Google Hotels, included
Structured data, fast pages, and your live rates in the place travellers actually compare them.
Included on every plan, with a free tier that does not expire. List your property or call +234 (81) 441-611-51.
What makes a booking site convert
They are brochures with a Book Now button that opens somebody else's widget in a new tab, loses the dates the guest already typed, and asks them to start again. Every step between wanting the room and having it is a place the booking is lost - and the widget adds three.
The booking flow is part of the site
not an iframe that discards context
Dates, guests and room choice carry through from the first click to payment
Your cancellation policy and payment methods
quoted by the same engine that charges
Structured data and fast pages
so it is found as well as usable
Listed on Google Hotels with your live rates
where travellers actually compare
How it works
A real console, seeded so you can click around a working property rather than an empty one. You change the password on first sign-in.
Rooms, room types, rates and your booking policy — in one session, from a spreadsheet, an extranet or a page of notes.
Link what you already sell on, verify the calendar matches on both sides, and let the sync take over.
Your site goes live on your address immediately. Point your own domain whenever it suits you.
A Book Now button that opens somebody else's widget in a new tab is not a booking engine. It is a referral, and you are paying commission on it.
BookingHQ — how we build it
Yes. The site goes live on your BookingHQ address immediately, and your own domain is a DNS record we walk you through whenever it suits you.
Keep it. Take the booking engine and put it behind what you have - same live rates, same policy engine, same follow-up. The theme is an option, not a condition.
No, and we would not advise it. OTAs are a shop window and they work. The goal is narrower: the guest who saw you there and then searched your name should be able to book with you directly, at no commission, instead of going back through the OTA at full price.
You do. Guests, bookings, reviews, invoices and messages are your property's records, exportable at any time. We do not resell your list and we do not stand between you and the person staying in your room.
Download your theme and run it on your own server — it is a real package paired to the backend with a key you control — and export your data. That is a deliberately supported path, not a hostage negotiation.
Nothing in the setup requires code. The one genuinely technical step, pointing your domain at the site, is a DNS record we do with you on a call. Staff sign in and see only the screens their role covers.
A property that has its rooms and rates to hand is usually live on its own address the same day. Your own domain follows whenever the DNS change suits you, and your existing channels keep selling throughout.
There is a free tier for a single property that does not expire — channel manager, booking website, console and accounting included. Paid tiers are priced per listing. See the pricing page, or email us for a quote against your portfolio.
Set your property up in an afternoon, connect the channels you already sell on, and put an AI agent behind the booking engine that never stops working.
